In the unlikely event you or your gift recipient is not happy with the gift received or if it is damaged prior to receipt, we will issue you a credit less shipping charges.

We will refund shipping charges only if we are in error. Original shipping charges and return shipping charges will be taken out of the credit issued.

If there is a problem, please contact us no later than 3 days after receipt in order to obtain a credit.

In order to ensure prompt delivery of your gift, substitutions may occur. Substitutions will be made only with items of equal or greater value.

All prices are in Canadian dollars. Because of the fluctuations of the exchange rate the US price is converted to canadian dollars using that days exchange rate and the total price in canadian dollars will be emailed to you. We accept Visa, Mastercard. Your order will be shipped when your credit card clears.
